Charlotte FC demolished in Toronto

I don’t want to waste too much ink on Charlotte FC’s worst-ever loss last Saturday. The 4-0 defeat in Toronto put all of the team’s weaknesses on display, even if better officiating could have made it a 2-1 match.

I’ll let two post-match quotes - one from interim head coach Christian Lattanzio, one from captain Christian Fuchs - speak for me:

In a post-match presser, @CharlotteFC coach Christian Lattanzio says “we got an apology from the ref after the game.” I mean, I would hope so. #TORvCLT

Fuchs also remarked the first half - in which Toronto scored all four goals - was “complete crap.” No lies detected.
