Wrexham finally promoted thanks to Paul Mullin brace
“Super” Paul Mullin was won of the players brought in by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney to give the world’s third oldest professional soccer club a shot at promotion to the Football League and the fourth level of the English football pyramid. He lived up to his moniker with a decisive brace in today’s match in Wrexham, Wales.
After a level first half at the Racecourse Ground, Mullin scored goals in the 52nd and 71st minutes to secure a 3-1 win over Boreham Wood and an insurmountable lead going into the 5th Tier National League’s final weekend.

U.S. Open Cup Ticket Winners
Not only does Charlotte FC play the Columbus Crew tonight at home, they also play South Georgia Tormenta FC in the the third round of the U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday, April 25, at the Matthews Sportsplex.
